Sanko is one of the four Mote Sisters who study under their master; Wikun, successor of the Tendo Branch of Gaming Mastery. Together, they hope to change the way the world views and experiences gaming. Because of her motion sensing and rumble features, Sanko possesses a voracious appetite for batteries that is common to all four Mote Sisters.

Sanko is the smartest of the four sisters, but suffers from an odd form of narcelepsy. Provided she is with her sisters, she can remain completely active, but if left to her own devices, she will sleep almost endlessly. Because of this problem, Ichiko and Niko generally leave her rest unless absolutely neccessary. Sanko tends to get tangled in any of the attachments she falls asleep in, so she usually goes without.
